To cancel a premium service booking and get a refund, we kindly ask you to:

1. Download a file with the refund application form
2. Fill it out either by hand or on your computer, print it out, and have it signed by you.
3. Scan or take a photo of the document
4. Upload a scan or photo

Once we receive the form signed by you, the payment system will refund your bank card and send you a notification.
